Refund Policy

Payments and refunds for POE2WAY supporter products are handled by Tebex, our Merchant of Record. Your order number is in the receipt email. Existing Lemon Squeezy purchases remain managed in its customer portal.

• You can cancel at any time; you will not be charged again after cancelling.
• Perks stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time.
• If you request a refund within 7 days of a payment and have not used the supporter perks, we will refund it.
• Cancel from the customer portal by signing in with your purchase email.

• Lifetime licenses are no longer sold. The refund terms for existing purchases remain in effect.
• Full refund, no questions asked, if requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Once refunded, the license key is disabled and the supporter perks are removed.

Email support@poe2way.com with your order number (or purchase email). We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your bank.

Tips are voluntary and include no perks, so they are generally non-refundable. If you sent one by mistake, contact us at the email above.
