Privacy Policy

• POE2WAY does not require an account or login. We process product usage statistics with pseudonymous identifiers and bug reports submitted by users.
• When you buy a supporter product, your name, email and payment details are processed by Tebex, or Lemon Squeezy for existing purchases. POE2WAY records products, amounts, payment references, license status, hashed license keys and device activation identifiers. Names, emails and card details from payment webhooks are not stored.
• If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply.

• We use a language cookie (30 days), a supporter cookie (a signed record of your license key check, up to 400 days), and a private checkout confirmation cookie (48 hours).
• Tool selections, favorites, act progress and notes, and theme are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers.

• We use Google Analytics for visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, etc.).
• Product analytics records random installation/browser identifiers, app version, feature successes/errors, download/payment status and timestamps. The browser identifier cookie lasts up to 400 days; app-to-checkout attribution lasts 7 days. Game account names, item text and builds are not sent to product analytics.
• Bug reports store the description and optional diagnostic text/screenshots you submit. Operational alerts are sent through Telegram; diagnostic text and screenshots are not sent to Telegram.
• We show Google AdSense ads; Google and its partners may use cookies to show interest-based ads. You can turn off personalised ads in Ad Settings — see how Google uses data.
• Ad scripts are not loaded for supporters.

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (data storage), Amazon Web Services (image delivery), Tebex and Lemon Squeezy for existing purchases (payments), Google (analytics and ads), and Telegram (operational alerts). These providers may process data on servers outside your country.

Support emails are deleted one year after they are resolved. Product statistics and reports are stored on our servers for service improvement and issue resolution; you may request deletion. You can clear browser-stored data at any time in your browser settings. For access or deletion requests, contact support@poe2way.com.

The Service is not directed at children under 14.
